Epoxy Bar Coasters

The video and accompanying photos are progress views as we create 2 sets of epoxy coasters. These coasters are made in our small shop and start with a 4”x16”x 1” piece of locally grown Sycamore.

The Sycamore is planed to ¾” thickness and then a 1” wide slot was cut into the board where the epoxy is added in the below video.

We start with a 4” wide and 1” thick piece of Sycamore, cut a 1” slot in the middle, and then add Tyvek tape to hold any excess epoxy.
